Experiences with IP-cameras on Sympatico's network?

Anyone out there have any IP cameras on their local network and have
any experiences (good/bad, etc) with accessing them from the internet
(both from another sympatico IP and from outside sympatico's network)
??

Specifically looking for effective bandwidth or image rate that you're
able to achieve (320 x 200 x ? FPS, 640 x 480 x ? FPS).

Does your frame-rate match your uplink speed?

Any indication that Sympatico is throttling this stuff?

Don't know anything of the kind, but perhaps some details might help.
What port and protocol do you use and what brand of camera is it? As
well, the colour depth (bits/pixel) would help too.
